I’ve been using Middletown Animal Hospital for 21 years. We’ve actually moved half an hour away, but I still drive there for my veterinary services. I LOVE Dr. Velazquez, and he is the primary reason that we continue to go there. His front desk staff, however, is very nice and even his practice manager, Jerry is very accommodating. We tend to adopt older dogs and Dr. V. has always treated them as if their lives are worthwhile, even when we get a sick one. He takes a conservative approach first and always explains his reasons for suggesting what he does. I would not hesitate to recommend Middletown Animal Hospital.

I have been taking my dogs to Middletown Animal Hospital since I moved to New Jersey. I cannot imagine ever taking them anywhere else. The wonderful staff there has seen me through every phase of pet ownership. From the first exam for puppy through the heartbreaking end of life decisions, I have been treated with great compassion and professionalism by everyone at Middletown Animal Hospital. I have dealt with Middletown Animal hospital for well over 20 years. Dr. Velazquez and his staff are top notch. They are experts with a caring touch and always make you feel welcome. My pets are well taken care of I never have to worry that they get nothing less than the most current treatments. I love when we walk in and the office staff always come out from behind the counter to spend a minute saying hello to “Jake” or ‘Molly”. I’d never use another animal hospital!

We have been proud and delighted customers of Middletown Animal Hospital for 10 years. Dr. V, has treated our silky terrier from the beginning and we would not go anywhere else for his care. The treatment that both we and our beloved pet Max has received for the past 10 years is a special perk that we look forward to. The facility is clean and the reception from all who work there is extremely accommodating. Kudos for the entire staff especially our devoted Dr. V.

The staff at the front desk are always friendly & helpful, the technicians in the back are always patient & respectful of your feelings & the doctors are exceptional! Dr Velazquez is a very special man, he has taken care of all my pets as if they were his own & he has helped me through every stage of my pets lives, he helped me to say goodbye to my beloved rottweiler, Cynnibar, who lived almost 15 years, I believe in large part due to the incredible care she received at MAH over the years. Since then we have added many new pets to our family & each & every time the entire staff was happy & eager to help with any & all my questions. Everyone there makes you feel like family I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else!!!
